The Interconnectedness of Work and Life

WHY

Are you busy trying to lead a full life. But does it really feel full, or are you stretched too thin? With the nuances of our current reality, and backed up with much scientific research – there is no such thing as work-life balance. However there are four domains: work, home, community and our private self and the idea is to create harmony amongst these realms, rather than trading them off.

WHAT WILL YOU HEAR

This session will challenge the traditional thinking of work-life balance, and explore contemporary approaches to a satisfactory and healthy integration of work and other domains of our lives. There will also be extensive discussion of work-life issues of professionals, and how they navigate through these blurred work-life boundaries.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

Our SERIES is open to the world. There will be no specific audience. If you find these topics engaging and KNOW that these conversations can assist you in any facet of your life – we suggest that you CONNECT, LISTEN, PARTICIPATE, and ACTIVELY incorporate the knowledge that you have learnt in your daily lives. Knowledge is power plus ACTION
