This course will review the latest advice from Irish and EU authorities on data protection during the COVID-19 pandemic, update participants on current developments in compliance and enforcement and the implications for Irish organisations. It will also refresh and reinforce the key principles of the GDPR and underscore the key responsibilities of Data Controllers and Data Processors.
