ISCA Global Talent Programme (GTP) 2026 – Applications Open

July 1
ISCA global talent 2026

Riding on the success of the second edition in July 2025 with more than 1,500 applications received, we are delighted to announce that application for GTP 2026 is now open!

The GTP is an exclusive, fully sponsored business immersion programme for university undergraduates to experience the dynamic Singapore business landscape and explore diverse accountancy career pathways.

We would like to invite university undergraduates from any discipline to be part of this transformative experience in Singapore and hope to seek your support in sharing this programme with your community.

The GTP is designed as an immersive overseas learning and networking opportunity, structured around four key pillars:

  • Building valuable connections with industry professionals: Participants will engage in close group settings with C-Suite leaders and network with experienced stakeholders from Singapore’s top organisations.
  • Unlocking new perspectives through exclusive corporate visits: Gain unique insights into the dynamic business landscape through behind-the-scenes access to Singapore corporations, accounting firms and government agencies.
  • Tackle real-world business challenges in out of classroom settings: Apply strategic skills by tackling live problem statements with guidance from industry mentors.
  • Engage in cross-cultural exchanges with peers: Participants will live, learn and foster invaluable friendships and professional connections with a global cohort of undergraduates from around the world.
