Since it’s formation seven years ago, Chartered Accountants Worldwide (CAW) has gone from strength to strength. It has grown to encompass 15 Chartered Accountancy bodies across the world – representing 96% of the global profession.

The CAW Board voted unanimously to expand– creating two additional seats that are being filled from among its member institutes, ensuring Chartered Accountants Worldwide continues to offer the breadth and diversity of perspectives that reflect the global impact and relevance of the Chartered Accountancy profession.

We are delighted to announce two new Board members (Dr).Debashis Mitra, President of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and William Mandisodza, CEO of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe. The new Board seats are for a two-year term and will rotate by region at the end of the term.

I look forward to working alongside the other members to elevate the profile of Chartered Accountants across the world as being invaluable members and advisers of business that are able to make a tangible difference”.
