The essential aspect of building back better is the need for a people-focused recovery that concentrates on well-being and improves inclusiveness and reduces discrimination. The key to thrive amidst disruption is gaining an understanding and being involved in human capital strategies that will motivate enterprise performance and value creation. Do we all understand what value is exactly, or how it can be shaped? Have we thought about the relationship between value and the work environment?
