Graduated with a Bachelor of Economics and Business, Erlika has a solid foundation in management and business principles. Possess more than five years of experience working for a diverse group of organisations and clients, she gained expertise in data analysis, digital marketing, branding, and project management.

In her current role as a Senior Clients and Markets at Deloitte, she supports the firm to develop strategic marketing, conduct market research and build partnerships with third parties. She also contributed to implement WorldClass and WorldClimate programs to create an impact through education and sustainability to communities in Indonesia.

Jessica Chapplow

Jessica Chapplow
Managing Partner, Ecommerce, Reprise Digital, UK

Jessica specialises in Ecommerce and Digital Innovation, focusing on the role of cutting-edge technologies, ranging from Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain to Augmented Reality, and their impact on the CX. In her current role as Head of Ecommerce, Jessica is responsible to lead, manage, grow and evolve all aspects of Reprise Digital’s UK offering.

Kate Robertson

Kate served as Chairman of the Havas group from 2006 to 2015 and as Global President from 2013. Working mainly in global roles, Kate became convinced of the importance of the roles of global institutions and global businesses in the certainty that what unites people is greater than geographical distance and national distinctions.

Having grown up in apartheid South Africa, Kate’s world view is defined by having witnessed the creation of its new way of life. Awed by the leadership of Nelson Mandela and Archbishop Desmond Tutu, Kate believes in the limitless possibilities a sense of shared humanity can create. One Young World is Kate’s idea. Ainslie van Onselen

Ainslie van Onselen
CEO of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ), Chair of Chartered Accountants Worldwide

Ainslie has been the Chief Executive Officer of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand since May 2020 (CA ANZ). For more than 20 years Ainslie enjoyed a parallel career as a law partner and non-executive director, before progressing into senior C-suite executive roles including Managing Director and CEO of RAMS Home Loans and running Australia’s second largest bank, Westpac’s $200 billion retail deposits and credit card portfolio.

Ainslie is passionate about social justice, inclusion, and diversity. She is the former Global Director of Women’s Markets, Inclusion and Diversity for Westpac and currently serves as a Commissioner of Legal Aid New South Wales and Chair of New South Wales leading non-select private school, Kambala Girls School and is a member of Chief Executive Women, Australia.

An Australian Financial Review Women of Influence winner and a former 40 under 40 WA Business News and University of Western Australia Award winner, Ainslie was invited to represent CAANZ and the accounting and auditing professions at the Australian Government’s 2022 Jobs Summit.

As well as steering CAANZ’s strategy and digital and data transformation, Ainslie drives CAANZ’s inclusion and diversity agenda and is a prominent advocate for global sustainability and ESG standards.

Gereltuya Bayanmunkh

Gereltuya is pursuing a master’s degree in AI and Big Data Science, where she aims to develop a dynamic database of machine learning and deep learning solutions that can make a substantial impact on global climate change mitigation and adaptation efforts. As a co-founder of Green Dot, her mission is to make substantial contributions to the implementation of Mongolia’s climate goals by empowering the younger generation with climate fluency, facilitating sustained climate actions in the form of behaviour change among older generations.

Jefri Parengkuan

Jefri Parengkuan, CFA, FRM
Partner of RSM Indonesia

Jefri has long experience in consulting industry where he worked with high profile clients delivering large complex transformational program, from finance transformation, system implementation and post-merger integration. His work mostly revolves around FS industry as well as tech-startups across SEA region.

Jefri has a deep understanding on banking products, processes & governance, business operations, finance & risk as well as banking IT architecture.

In start-up space, he worked with B2B marketplace & fin-tech to develop credit scoring, process & governance, business partnership & revenue model, as well as Go To Market strategies.

Jefri started his consulting career providing consulting & advisory in the space of risk management for banking clients covering product structuring & valuation, model development, validation & governance as well as risk system implementation.

Over the last decade, he had initiated & spear-headed derivatives valuation business as well as treasury advisory business in various consulting house.

Nawal Nely
Deputy for Finance and Risk Management, Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (SOE)

Nawal Nely has been the Deputy for Finance and Risk at the Ministry of SOEs since February 4, 2020, based on the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Indonesia Number 34/TPA of 2020, dated January 30, 2020.

With a great experience in various important positions in finance, she has served as Financial Analyst at Ernst & Young of Kuwait (2002-2005), Manager atNational Bank of Kuwait (2005-2006), Manager at Ernst & Young in Doha (2007-2008), Senior Manager at Ernst & Young in Cairo (2009-2010), and Partner at Ernest & Young Indonesia (2010-2020) and various other positions in other international consulting fields.

After completing her undergraduate education at the Faculty of Accounting, Gadjah Mada University, she continued her education and earned an Executive Master of Business Administration degree eat INSEAD, Fontainebleau.
