As a 5th year Bachelor of Commerce (Dean’s Scholar) student and Strategic Projects Coordinator at the University of Wollongong (UOW), Jozo have developed a strong capability in harnessing data and forming strong relationships to drive decision-making and influence positive change.
He firmly believes that influencing positive change starts with each one of us in our day-to-day. For him, education is a driving force for change and he is passionate about volunteering in the local community through Strategic Community Assistance for Refugee Families (SCARF) and as a mentor with the Australian Indigenous Mentoring Experience (AIME).
He is football-mad and an avid supporter of Arsenal FC and Sydney FC.

Harry Flett

He is originally from England, where his Mum met his Dad on an OE, and rather than staying in England for a couple of months, ended up staying for 13 years and having two kids. He came to New Zealand when he was six years old, and grew up in Rangiora, just north of Christchurch.
He always had an interest in business and in accounting, and that migrated him down south to the University of Otago, where he is now in his third year of a BCom majoring in Finance and minoring in Accounting.
He is passionate about music and play several instruments, and is an avid health junkie. He spends a large amount of his time tutoring at Otago, and pride himself on my ability to strip back ideas and help others understand something difficult.

Jonny Jacobs
ICAS, Scotland
Jonny is the Head of Supply Chain Finance at pladis UK & Ireland. He has been involved in some of the world’s best-known brands over the breadth of his career, including Heineken, Diageo and McVitie’s owner United Biscuits (now part of pladis).
He is also a Trustee and Treasurer of Aspire, a UK charity that offers support and practical assistance to people paralysed by spinal cord injuries.
Jonny’s leadership and business acumen were highlighted during the aftermath of the flood at McVitie’s Carlisle biscuit factory in late 2015. At the time, he was pladis’ Financial Controller for UK Supply and was a key part of the crisis management team, responsible for what became the UK’s largest insurance claim of its kind in 2016.
Jonny was recently announced as the winner of the 2017 ICAS One Young CA and 35 CAs under 35 competition.

Muhammad Ashiq Chu

Ashiq is an Assistant Manager in PwC Singapore’s General Assurance team. He has been involved in Diversity and Inclusion initiatives in PwC and has actively performed pro bono accounting work for community organisations in Singapore.
He is also the Vice Chairperson of his local Youth Club, which organises various youth community events in the areas of arts and culture, sports, community service and public policy.
During his free time, Ashiq enjoys a good hike as he sets his sights on conquering Mount Kinabalu, having previously hiked Mount Rinjani.

Alutuli has eight years pre and post ZiCA professional accountant qualification experience providing a full range of audit and assurance services to various clients. He has experience working in the US and Zambia covering various sectors in the respective economies.
He is currently a Senior Associate, Audit at KPMG in St. Louis (USA) where is was seconded by KPMG in Zambia to the USA.

Sinead Fox-Hamilton
Chartered Accountants Ireland
A young accountant will represent Chartered Accountants Ireland at the ‘One Young World’ conference in Bogotá, Colombia, later this year after winning the ‘Young Chartered Star’ 2017 competition.
Sinead, who is 32 and from Dungannon Co Tyrone, qualified in 2011. She trained with KPMG in Belfast and worked in industry for a number of years. She has since moved into a career in recruitment in the finance sector in Belfast with specialist firm McKinty Associates.
She To enter the competition, Sinead wrote an article on her career and particularly impressed the judging panel with her activity as an advocate for the Chartered Accountant qualification, and her honest portrayal of her path to qualification, balancing a demanding job with a professional education programme. The panel also noted her involvement in several charities and voluntary work.
In her current management role with McKinty Associates (specialist Finance recruitment firm) she is a respected go-to consultant for businesses and a trusted career partner to those exploring new opportunities. She is an avid contributor in her local market investing time in numerous Chartered Accountants committees (including Chairperson posts) and other group committees/boards (e.g. Young Leaders NI Chairperson), organising events aiming to educate, inspire and connect people.
She has been recognised in Northern Ireland’s ‘Top Forty under 40’ and ‘Top 20 Inspiring Women in Business’ listings.
Faraimose Kutadzaushe
SAICA, South Africa
Faraimose (Mose) won the SAICA Top 35-under-35 accountant award in 2016. He initially qualified as a Chartered Accountant in Zimbabwe, but immediately sat for the examinations to convert his qualification into a CA(SA) as well.
He works as an investment specialist at Investec and is an entrepreneur. He founded Supreme Brands and it is now a family run business in Zimbabwe. Mose was also accepted by Stanford Business School. He received a merit-based scholarship from investment bank Goldman Sachs, which he subsequently joined after graduating. While at Goldman he worked as a senior associate in the San Francisco office advising large multinational companies on multi-billion-dollar MA, IPO and debt transactions.
His company was identified by the largest wholesaling group in Zimbabwe, N-Richards, who admitted Supreme Brands into their selective supplier development programme as a leader in the toiletry segment in all of the groups 26 outlets.
Supreme Brands currently supplies all leading retailers in Zimbabwe and occupies more than 80% of the nationwide toilet paper shelf space in some retailers. It also manufactures the house brand of OK Zimbabwe, one of the largest retailers in Zimbabwe.
The company currently employs more than 80 people and has generated revenues in excess of R70 million since inception, with the bulk of this over the past two years.
