Managing mental wellbeing is essential if we are to foster a more productive workplace and better work environment.
The finance industry generally is famed for high pressure and long hours, where people can feel that unless they are seen to work long hours and weekends they will not be considered for career promotion. This kind of working environment has lead to stress and mental ill health for large numbers.
We can’t do it all without looking after ourselves first. The most important thing a finance professional can do for their mental wellbeing is to make time for themselves.

That is why there has never been a better time for governments, businesses, and individuals to work together and to understand the value that Chartered Accountants bring.
