What past delegates have to say about the programme:
“The WIL programme exceeded my expectations. I have done leadership workshops previously, but there is a huge difference in conversation and understanding when it is women only. ”
Programme overview

Through workshops, peer learning, personal assessments and one-on-one coaching or mentoring, participants will learn the essential skills, capabilities and behaviours to harness their personal strengths and translate them into a unique and powerful leadership style that can thrive in any environment.
