With the furlough scheme due to end in April, join this session for more information and support about redundancy processes, best practice, employee rights and the emotional impact.

About the speakers
Faye Law, Acas Senior Adviser & Conciliator, Acas
Faye’s role is to promote better and more productive workplaces. Her specialism include conciliation, conflict resolution, best practice management and employee engagement. Faye works with business of all sizes and has led high-profile conciliation across a range of sectors. Faye also has many years of international experience having worked in negotiation and conflict de-escalation within Europe and further afield.

Rob Atkins, Head of Workplace Savings & Education at Howden Employee Benefits & Wellbeing
Rob is Head of Workplace Savings & Education at Howden Employee Benefits & Wellbeing and is ultimately responsible for the workplace pensions proposition and providing employees with education to support their financial wellbeing. Rob has worked in the workplace pension space for 20 years and focuses on governance as key to running a quality pension scheme with well-informed, engaged employees. Rob holds a Diploma in Financial Planning (DipFS) and an Advanced Diploma in pensions.
